Procida’s track record in developing affordable housing speaks to the firm’s ability to work with both public and private financing sources. After the adoption of the federal low-income housing tax credit legislation in 1977 and the formation of The New York City Housing Partnership in 1982, Procida became one of the early leaders in the development and construction of affordable housing in the City of New York, focusing its efforts in the redevelopment of the Bronx, the outer reaches of Brooklyn, and upper Manhattan. Procida has rebuilt countless neighborhoods with award winning developments.
