Developed by long-term client, SKA Marin, and constructed by Procida Construction Corp. Draper Hall is a 203-unit affordable housing building under construction on the East River. Located on the Metro Hospital Campus, Draper Hall is a combination of a substantial rehab and new construction project. The Northern wall of the old Metro Hospital Dormitory was demolished, and in its place Procida has constructed a steel frame and concrete plank structure to create a double loaded corridor. Draper Hall is anticipated to be completed in the Winter of 2017.
