Procida was selected by SelfHelp Community Services to construct this 15-story, 93,000 sf, 92-unit senior housing residence in Flushing, New York. the construction process was logistically challenged by our construction of a 3 story community facility building containing approximately 15,000 sf located along 45th Street, necessitating essentially a two phase construction superstructure process where load bearing masonry and concrete plank structure was constructed in advance of the three story steel frame community facility space.
