As the Director of Construction for Procida’s New Jersey office, Richard Jinks is responsible for overseeing all New Jersey construction and development operations from buyout, budget monitoring and construction management to final project delivery. Prior to project commencement, his responsibilities also include overseeing land use approvals, pre-construction review of architectural drawings, and the coordination of site planning and design.
Mr. Jinks joined Procida in 1990 as an assistant Field Superintendent and was later promoted to Project Manager prior to holding his current position. He has played a key role in the planning and construction of over 1,000 residential units for Procida in both New York and New Jersey. Two projects under his supervision have won Governors’ Housing Awards.
Prior to joining Procida, Richard worked for K. Hovnainian Companies. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ, in 1991 having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology.
